BeePro Cosmetics Returns Policy

We hope you love your BeePro products, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@beeprocosmetics.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and reason for return so we can arrange the process for you.

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Please note:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it quickly.
