Introduction

Welcome to the BeePro Cosmetics website. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”) govern your access to and use of BeePro Cosmetics Ltd UK’s website (the “Site”) and any purchases you make through it. By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We also advise you to review our Privacy Policy (which explains how we handle your personal data) before using the Site. In using the Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and will comply with them.

This Site is operated by BeePro Cosmetics Ltd UK (referred to as “BeePro,” “we,” or “us”). BeePro Cosmetics Ltd UK is the owner of all BeePro Cosmetics online services. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

Our Site and services are intended for users who can form legally binding contracts under UK law. By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must only use our Site with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Users aged 13 or under are not permitted to use this Site without direct parental supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. BeePro reserves the right to request proof of age if necessary and to suspend or terminate accounts or use if these age restrictions are not respected.

Using Our Website – Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the BeePro Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. As a condition of your use of our Site, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself when creating an account or placing an order.

  • Keep your account credentials secure (if you create an account). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for any activities under your account.

  • Use the Site in a respectful manner, and only for personal, non-commercial use (unless explicitly authorized by us for specific commercial partnerships).

You must not use the Site (including any interactive features or content sharing) in any way that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation – including, but not limited to, laws concerning fraud, intellectual property, privacy, and export control.

  • Is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent – for example, you must not use our Site to engage in any illegal activities, to transmit any harmful code (viruses, worms, malware), or to commit fraud or misrepresentation.

  • Infringes upon the rights of others – you must not upload or share any content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or that infringes any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights of any person.

  • Interferes with or disrupts the Site – you must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Site or servers, attack our Site via a denial-of-service attack, or otherwise interfere with the normal functioning or security of our website and network.

  • Involves any form of data mining or scraping – you are not permitted to use robots, spiders, or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose, especially to scrape data or content, without our express written permission.

  • Attempts to commercialize our content without permission – (see the Intellectual Property section below for details on permitted use of our content). In short, you must not copy, reproduce, sell, or exploit any portion of our Site or content for commercial purposes without a proper license or consent from us.

If you breach any of the above conditions, your right to use our Site may be terminated immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site (and any accounts) at our discretion if we suspect misuse. We may also take legal action if your misuse causes harm or loss to BeePro or others.

Accounts and Security (Your Account)

You may be able to create a customer account on our Site to facilitate purchasing and to access certain features. If you choose to register an account, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information during registration and to update your details if they change. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization, you must contact us immediately at hello@beeprocosmetics.com. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information. BeePro may refuse registration or cancel an account at its reasonable discretion (for example, if we suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms).

Purchasing Products from Our Site

When you purchase products from BeePro through our Site, the following terms apply:

Product Information: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing on our Site are accurate and up to date. However, slight variations in color or packaging may occur between the product images and the actual product, due to display settings or product updates. All products are subject to availability – we may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. If you have any questions about a product (ingredients, usage, etc.), please check the product description or contact us for clarification before purchase.

Placing an Order: When you place an order on our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. After you submit an order and payment, we will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email is not our acceptance of your offer; it is confirmation that we received your request. A binding purchase contract is only formed when we formally accept your order – typically by sending a dispatch/shipping confirmation email or by dispatching the goods to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to acceptance.

Pricing and Availability: All prices on our Site are listed in Great British Pounds (GBP) and include any applicable VAT/sales tax (unless stated otherwise). Shipping or delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We make every effort to ensure pricing is correct. If we discover an obvious error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price/description or to cancel it for a full refund. If we cannot contact you, or if you do not respond, we may treat the order as cancelled. BeePro is under no obligation to provide products at an incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent an order confirmation, if the pricing error is unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognized by you as a mispricing. All products are subject to stock availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock or unavailable for any reason, we will notify you and may cancel that item from your order (with a full refund for that item). We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer or per order, and to discontinue any product at any time.

Payment: Payment must be made at the time of order via the payment methods we offer (e.g. credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.). You confirm that the payment details provided are valid and belong to you (or that you are authorized to use them). If your payment is not authorized or fails, we will not be able to accept your order. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors; we do not store your full payment card details on our systems.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation by Us: In addition to price errors or stock issues mentioned above, BeePro may decline or cancel an order for any of the following reasons:

  • Unexpected technical errors (e.g. a website glitch caused an incorrect order to be generated).

  • Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity associated with the order.

  • Inaccurate personal or payment information provided by the customer (e.g. invalid address).

If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund using the original payment method. We will contact you to explain the cancellation. BeePro will not be liable for any additional compensation for a cancelled order beyond refunding the amount received for that order.

Your Order Cancellation Rights (Changing Your Mind): If you are a consumer (not purchasing as a business), you have the right to cancel your order and return products for any reason within 14 days after you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. This is your statutory “cooling-off” period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you wish to exercise this right, you must inform us clearly (e.g. via email to hello@beeprocosmetics.com) within the 14-day period. We will provide instructions for return. You then must return the products to us, unused and in their original packaging, without undue delay (usually within 14 days of notifying us). We will process a refund for the products (and any standard delivery charge you paid) within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or proof that you have sent them back), using the same payment method you used. Please note: you are responsible for return shipping costs when exercising a change-of-mind cancellation, unless we agree otherwise or the item is faulty. We may deduct from your refund for any loss in value of the goods if the loss has been caused by unnecessary handling by you (beyond what is reasonable to inspect the item).

Exceptions to the 14-Day Cancellation Right: For reasons of hygiene and safety, certain items are exempt from the general right of return if they have been unsealed after delivery. This includes cosmetics or beauty products with a hygiene seal, if that seal is broken or tampered with after you receive them. If you have opened or used such a product, we may not be able to offer a refund for change of mind (unless the product is defective). Your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed products (see below) are not affected by this exception.

Delivery and Shipping: We will deliver the products to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery options and estimated timeframes will be shown when you place your order. We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the indicated time, but please note that all delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (for example, postal/courier delays, customs delays, or force majeure events like strikes or bad weather). If a delay occurs, we will communicate with you to minimize inconvenience and, if necessary (for extended delays), offer options like cancellation with a refund. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you once the product is delivered to you (or to a person designated by you to receive it). Ownership of the products passes to you when we have received full payment for all sums due (including delivery charges) and the products have been delivered to you. Please inspect your order upon delivery and inform us promptly of any issues (e.g. missing or damaged items).

Faulty or Not-as-Described Products: BeePro is committed to selling high-quality products. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other UK consumer laws. This means you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for the defective item. Please contact us at hello@beeprocosmetics.com as soon as you discover a problem, and no later than 30 days from receiving the item (for a refund on a faulty item). We may ask for a description of the issue and photographs, and we will arrange for a return or disposal of the faulty product at our expense. Once we verify the product is faulty or not as described, we will offer you a suitable remedy – usually a full refund or a replacement (replacement may be subject to stock availability). Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. For example, goods we provide must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you are entitled to a remedy under the law.

Intellectual Property and Content Use

All content on the BeePro Site – including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, designs, and software – is the intellectual property of BeePro Cosmetics Ltd UK or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, database rights and other intellectual property laws. This includes our unique makeup concepts and designs, such as our “Statement Beauty” concepts and BeePro makeup looks, as well as our brand name, logos, and slogans. All such material is owned by or licensed to BeePro.

Permitted Personal Use: We grant our users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the content on our Site. This means you may view, download, or print pages from the Site for your own personal and private use – for example, you may save makeup look images or share BeePro’s “Statement Beauty” concept images on your personal social media or with friends for inspiration, provided that you do so in a manner that is not for profit and that credits BeePro as the source (where applicable). Any sharing of our content should include any existing copyright or trademark notices.

Prohibited Uses of Content: Except as expressly permitted above, you must not: (a) copy, reproduce, or republish any content from our Site; (b) modify, translate, or create derivative works based on any BeePro content; (c) distribute, transmit, sell, license, or otherwise exploit our content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent or an appropriate license agreement; (d) use any of our trademarks (such as the name BeePro Cosmetics, our logo or intellectual property) for commercial purposes without prior authorisation; or (e) use our content in a manner that misrepresents the source or ownership (for instance, do not remove any copyright, watermark, or proprietary notices from our images or materials).

If you are interested in using any BeePro content beyond personal non-commercial use – for example, for a commercial project, in media, or in collaboration – you must contact us to seek permission or obtain a license. We warmly encourage enthusiasts to enjoy and share our looks and concepts personally, but we strictly prohibit any commercial exploitation of our content without approval. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

User-Generated Content (Reviews and Submissions)

Our Site may allow users to post or submit content such as product reviews, ratings, comments, testimonials, photos of looks created with BeePro products, or other user-generated content (“UGC”). If you choose to submit any UGC on our Site or through our official social media channels (for example, tagging us in a look that we feature on the Site):

  • Ownership and License: You retain ownership of the content you create and submit. However, by submitting or posting UGC that involves our Site or brand, you grant BeePro a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, translate, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise utilize that content in any media. This license allows us, for example, to display your reviews on our website, share your tagged photos on our social media or marketing materials, or use your feedback to improve our services. We will wherever possible credit you (by username or as appropriate) when we showcase your content. This license survives even if you delete the content or cancel your account (so that we can continue to display past reviews or posts). If you do not wish to grant this license, please do not submit the content.

  • Appropriate Content: You agree that any content you post will be respectful and lawful. You must not submit any content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic, harassing, violent, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. Your content should not contain any personal data of others (e.g. naming someone without permission) and should not breach anyone’s privacy or data protection rights.

  • Your Guarantees: By posting content, you promise that it is your own original work (or you have all necessary rights and permissions to post it), and that our use of your content as permitted above will not infringe any third-party rights (such as copyright, trademark, or privacy rights). You also agree that your content will not contain anything that encourages illegal activity or violates any law. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

  • Moderation and Removal: BeePro does not pre-approve all user content, and we are not responsible for what other users post. However, we reserve the right to monitor, moderate, edit, or remove any user submissions at our discretion. For example, we may remove reviews that include profanity or spam, or images that are not relevant to our products. We may also disable user posting privileges for violations of these Terms. If you believe another user’s content violates these Terms or your rights, please notify us. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from user-generated content, but we will endeavor to address any issues promptly when notified.

  • any indirect, special, or consequential losses that are not the direct result of our breach or negligence.

In any event, and to the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Site and/or purchase of products will be limited to the total amount paid by you for the products in question (or, if your claim does not relate to a purchase, to a maximum of £100). This limitation does not affect your statutory rights. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions; if you are entitled to the benefit of any such laws, some of the above exclusions or limitations may not apply fully to you.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, then you and BeePro both agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

Please note that as a consumer, you may have certain dispute resolution rights. For instance, UK and EU consumers may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) provider or an EU online dispute resolution platform. However, unless required by law, we are not obligated to submit to ADR. This clause does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
